Our office is not directly contracted with any insurance plans. Our system verifies all plans prior to seeing you in our office. We are happy to go over your benefits with you and help you to understand your coverage. Following each appointment, we will submit all claims on your behalf, electronically. Please note, treatment plans with insurance coverage benefits are just an estimation. Guarantor is responsible for all treatment costs not covered by insurance.
